There's this pill you can buy online, Lipodrene. It has Ephedra which is a plant from Asia. The FDA banned it because some people were getting addicted to it in the 70's but I my self have used a bottles of 100pills and dropped 28lbs. The bottle says to have 1 in the morning and 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I WOULD NOT DO THIS!! -- As soon as you take your first pill you notice you feel energized and jumpy. I took only a half pill a day for the first week, then after that a half pill in the morning and a half pill in the afternoon. Take with some crackers. If you have a weak stomach I would not advise taking this because it can cause some nausea.

Diet pills do NOT work, they're a scam. If you're serious about losing weight then you have to commit yourself to exercising at least 30 minutes a day and eating more nutritional food.

get hoodia i swear by it! it stops your cravings and stops you feeling hungry so just eat at the times your meant to be warned though because it stops you feeling hungry still eat dont do the mistake i did good luck

Yes you CAN! Diet pills are overrated, honey. I'm 5'4 and (depending on how active I am; tend to laz-off in the winter) will weigh between 119-128 lbs. You don't need a diet pill to lose that weight! Here's what you do: no more doritos, fried food, etc. Absolutely no more POP (aka: soda. I'm from the midwest :P) Pop is nothing but sugar and calories. Try to avoid fast food too. Buy fruits and veggies. There are plenty of delicious meals you can make with those. (stir frys, fruit salads, chicken salads...oh! and smoothies!) If you want some recipes, just email me! ^.~ My dad has begun making these smoothies: Add at least one banana (adds texture to the smoothie) Add ice Add whatever fruits you want And some yogurt (fruit or vanilla flavored) Avoid using chocolate syrup and all that stuff. It'll taste great without. And you don't have to feel guilty about seconds because it's all basically natural foods and healthy too! Drink water. Lots and lots of water. I'll wash up a handful or two of blueberries or eat a nutrigrain bar or something along those lines. Oh! And I've always looooved ice cream. (gained 5lbs in one week a few summers ago eating so much of it) I've switched to natural fruit popsicles. (they're VERY tasty and are much healthier and yummier than all those artificial ones. It's nice to have something to cool off with that won't add tons and tons of calories! Don't skip breakfast. Eat a few bowls of cereal like honey bunches of oats or special k (they've got a variety of flavors and such) Breakfast is actually the most important meal of the day, as it gives you engery for the rest of the day. Don't be afraid of milk and dairy. Just don't overdo it with cie cream and other such things. Have a glass of milk or two. (I like 2%, myself) Don't like milk? Add some ovaltine (Know I spelled that wrong) and make it chocolately. It works! Exercise machines and stuff tend to bore me. Go bike riding or walk the dog twice a day. I myself enjoy swimming. Go to a pool or lake with some friends and just have fun. Tread water, snorkle, have races...it's exercise while having fun. Water is actually the best place to exercise because even if you're injured or seriously overweight, the water keeps from any part of your body going under too much stress (unlike running, push ups, etc) Perhaps go to a local pool a few times a week and see how many laps you can swim. Also keep this in mind, so you don't overdo it: the healthy female body is supposed to have 40% more fat than a healthy male. Celebrities are NOT a healthy image we should strive to look like. Men can have flat stomachs and be perfectly healthy. This is a different story for women. Curves are good. ^.~ Just do these things, and you'll start losing weight.
